WOTA Mission Statement

The Wisconsin Occupational Therapy Association (WOTA) is a professional organization that focuses on promoting the profession and professional services of Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants, as well as the education of Occupational Therapy students, in the state of Wisconsin. WOTA brings vitality to the profession of OT in Wisconsin by demonstrating value, creating public awareness, providing advocacy, anticipating change and fostering proactive leadership.

OT Day at the Capital 2015
Nearly 200 people gathered in Madison to Celebrate OT Day at the Capital last week. OT professionals met with legislators to spread the word about the profession and demonstrate what OTs do in practice. Legislators attended a reception with students and volunteers. The event was a success!
